- Is the star map astronomically accurate?
- Yes. We compute the apparent positions of thousands of catalogued stars for your exact date, time and coordinates, including precession and local sidereal time, and project the whole visible hemisphere. Bright stars, constellation figures and an optional coordinate grid all reflect the real sky.
- What can I customize?
- The date, the time of night, the location anywhere on Earth, a title (up to 40 characters) and subtitle (up to 60), one of four map themes, and optional constellation lines, coordinate grid and bright-star names. For jewelry you also choose the material and size.
- What materials do you use?
- Jewelry is available in sterling silver, 18k gold plated, and rose gold plated finishes. Prints are produced on heavyweight matte archival paper rated for decades of display.
- How long does production and shipping take?
- Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, after which shipping times depend on your region. You will receive tracking as soon as your piece leaves the studio.
- Can I order a sky from the future?
- Absolutely. The same mathematics that reconstructs a past sky predicts a future one, so anniversaries and planned proposals map just as precisely.
- What if my city is not listed in the location search?
- Search for the nearest town that appears — star positions change negligibly across a few kilometres. The exact coordinates shown under the search box are what we use.
- What is the return policy?
- Because every piece is personalized, we cannot restock returns — but if anything arrives damaged or differs from your approved preview, we will remake or refund it.
